Smart Solutions Operations VP - C13 - NEW YORK

This role is within the Smart Solutions team, which is integral to significant enhancement and transformation of processes and systems for a more sustainable operating model while also contributing on mission critical quick wins. The team deploys in-depth analysis, business process re-engineering, problem solving,

digitalization and technology program. The VP role will be critical to managing several business processes within the team that facilitate on-time, accurate, and complete Workflow and Business Intelligence solutions for the business. Responsibilities:Manage the change management processes for configuration changes in various smart solution tools in an SDLC-compliant mannerEngage with stakeholders and SMEs to assess necessary configuration enhancements through collaboration with business and technology partnersActs as a technical expert who can advise stakeholders on the most appropriate solutions for their needsCoordinate and/or perform the necessary system configurations to support the business needs, and manage the implementation process including UAT testingFor stakeholders seeking to onboard new use cases, support the assessment process by conducting current state analysis and creating process models of in-scope processesApply creative thinking to resolve issues and complete required analysis Follow “test and learn” experimentation and innovation approach to solve core business and end user needsReview use cases and drive implementation of strategic technology solutions, whether in-house build, vendor integration and AI capabilitiesQualifications:6-10+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred, but a successful candidate can come from another industryProject management / project coordination experience requiredSome SDLC experience, such as involvement in requirements design / development / UAT / change management requiredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAble to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructionsPreferred skills/experience:Some Power User or experience developing solutions via ETL tools such as Alteryx/Knime, visualization tools such as Tableau, project management such as MS Project, and/or workflow toolsSome SDLC experience, such as involvement in requirements design / development / UAT / change management------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Risk Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Risk & Control------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Long Island City New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$129,840.00 - $194,760.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
