The Account Manager will be responsible for building the public profiles of prominent entrepreneurs and developing deep, trusting, and positive relationships with clients, ensuring that they are constantly kept up to date on our creative work and ideas.
The role Profile is a business that builds the public profiles of business leaders in positive, proactive, and creative ways.
We get entrepreneurs’ disruptive ideas out into the wider business world, helping them shape industries, conversations, and debates.
You will play a critical role in this process.
You will be responsible for overseeing the timely and high-quality execution of client work programmes on a day-to-day basis across all streams, including messaging development, content creation, social media, PR, and content distribution.
Responsibilities Stay on top of all client work programmes Develop and drive forward the comms strategy for all your clients, with support from the COO Drive activity on work programmes to ensure that deadlines are met and exceeded Keep lines of communication with team members open at all times Mentor and guide team members Act as a custodian for the company's cultural values and way of doing business Provide constructive advice and feedback to team members Run regular meetings with team members, including formal reviews Provide strategic direction across all work streams for clients, including media, social media, and multimedia Review all work undertaken by team members to ensure quality and creativity standards are met and exceeded Ensure all content created for clients maintains a consistent tone of voice and amplifies the client's central ideas Provide targeted, specific feedback to team members when quality standards and deadlines are not met Amend and edit work as required to meet quality standards Respond to questions, emails, and calls from clients Attend and lead update meetings with clients Maintain highly active email flow with clients Help secure new clients by actively part in pitch calls How we will recognise you Award-winning, fast-growing London communications agency Healthy snacks when you’re working from the office Hybrid working model, flexible hours, and WFH resources Strong and clear career track Fast-moving, experience, and creative environment Work alongside many of the country’s most successful entrepreneurs £2,000 dedicated personal development budget Optional team social events Optional three paid volunteering days every year Monthly spot bonus programme Requirements At least three years’ experience in the PR or communications industry A ‘people person’ who enjoys calling, meeting, and building relationships with other people Track-record of successfully mentoring junior staff members and managing clients Enthusiasm and interest in media, business, and the general news cycle The salary band for this role is £35k-40k pa.
