Description du poste : Associate Vice President & Managing Director, Market Risk, Data, Delivery and Innovation, TD Securities Department Overview: The TD Securities (TDS) Data, Delivery and Integration (DDI) mandate is to deliver on initiatives that enable strategic business growth and compliance with global regulatory/industry landscape in an efficient manner while managing the associated risks. Role Overview: The Associate Vice President (AVP) & Managing Director, Market Risk, Data, Delivery and Innovation, TD Securities will provide executive leadership over the TDS Market Risk projects. The AVP will also drive the delivery vision and roll-out of the Mark Risk related Platform to support the maintenance and evolution related technology systems and processes. The role mandate is expected to be fluid over time as projects wind to a close, to be replaced by new initiatives. Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President & Managing Director, TD Securities, Market, Credit and Liquidity Program Delivery, the role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, end-to-end delivery, dedicated strategic planning and oversight of Market Risk Infrastructure Priorities defined by regulatory requirements as well as Risk Initiatives under TDS Runway which will enable risk functionality in support of Vision 27. Specifically: Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the following initiatives: Business Enablement: Integrated Intraday Reporting Capabilities across Market and Credit risk for the global wholesale business as well as Hedge Accounting Capabilities Integration: TD Cowen Risk Integration Day 2 items Regulatory and Platform Modernization: Implementation of Interest Rate Risk of the Banking Book, US FRTB, Market Risk Stress testing compatibilities and modernize platforms through enhancements to Risk & Capital Studio and raptor retirement. Apply expert negotiation skills and ability to influence others to drive delivery. Transform high level vision and complex concepts into solutions with detailed requirements and efficient execution design. Manage end-to-end delivery across all impacted business and technology groups through employing a streamlined change delivery model that maximizes efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Tailored coaching and development for team of seasoned delivery colleagues. Accountable for key delivery decisions and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision. Supports Executive Sponsor and Business Owner in structuring and securing approval for business case and funding. Accountable for challenging project estimates and supporting the team in removing any roadblocks during the estimation process. Establishes program governance structures for effective delivery orchestration, meeting TD's governance control objectives. Responsible for executing the program/project across all domains to meet the stated success criteria and product(s) value realization, with explicit consideration to business process, change impacts and the transition from delivery to business as usual. Establishes and manages resource plan, issues, risks and financial plans to support the roadmap. Anticipates issues, trends and the potential impact and timely resolution of impediments, while effectively managing the program schedule (releases) and financials and ensuring continuing review and prioritization. Coordinates with the respective enterprise control partners (e.g., EPDE, Strategic Sourcing Group, Legal, Compliance, Risk. etc.) to appropriately select, engage and manage external service providers as required. Builds and leads a large diverse business team to effectively deliver productivity, quality and innovation. Job Requirements: In-depth familiarity with one or more of the following functional areas in capital markets: Project/program delivery, operations, technology, project delivery, risk management, or business management. Outstanding record of project delivery success, both in results achieved and in use of professional project methodology. High-level of organizational awareness and demonstrated ability to effectively lead/manage projects with wide breadth of cross-stakeholder impacts. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate concise and impactful methods of communication. Demonstrated ability to consistently apply expert judgment with available information when proposing solutions/recommendations. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate resilience under pressure. Demonstrates superior interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions with the innate ability to "course correct". Ability to influence all parties while driving delivery forward.
