Job Requirements / Description
ResponsibilitiesAssist in procurement processes and administration of suppliers & subcontractorsProvide daily support to company owners and site supervisorParticipate in entire real estate redevelopment lifecycle from due diligence, acquisition, construction to project completionFacilitate stakeholder correspondence, including city departments, building inspectors and land surveyorsAssist with maintaining project records, including approvals, plans, permits, and more (Also responsible for meeting minutes)Act as company representative at project sitesSupport financial record maintenance and documentationFacilitate accounts payableAssist in digital receipt upload and basic bookkeepingInput data of suppliers and subcontractors in construction management software for financial trackingEnsure contract validity and current WSIB clearance certificatesOther duties and responsibilities within the executive assistant role, as requested by managementRequirements and SkillsProven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansExceptional organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance controlHands-on experience with project management toolsBSc in Business Administration or related field as asset, but not mandatoryMinimum of 1 year of construction back office and coordination experienceFull, clean G License with own vehicle is mandatoryStrong technology skills in various software programs such as Microsoft, Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Meets), Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, construction project management software (Monday), scheduling softwareAutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other design software experience is an asset, but not mandatorySalary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experienceLocation: Hybrid, remote and onsite workJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offFlexible Language Requirement:French not requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Project management: 1 year (required)Application: Apply by sending your resume and cover letter to [email protected] or applying directly through Indeed.
