About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and engaging Hospitality Host to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in our dining room and bar areas
• Engage with residents and their families, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of events and activities that enhance the resident experience
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of service and quality
