Job Requirements / Description
Job Summary: Support all areas of HR, Recruitment, Training, Admin & staff support. Playing a key supportive role in driving the people strategy forwards and ensuring Herrco Cosmetics is an employer of choice. To ensure employment records are accurate and all documentation is prepared. Provide regular information in terms of HR metrics to support the growth and sustainability of the business. Support in other areas of the business adopting a “one team” approach. Work closely in conjunction with the Finance & People Coordinator to ensure that core finance tasks including payroll administration and online banking are able to be covered when required What we need from you: •Great administration skills with good attention to detail •Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken •High levels of confidentiality, including safeguarding data and knowledge at all times •Ideally experience using a HR database and/or electronic systems •Awareness of data protection and ability to be super organised •Able to undertake repetitive processes maintaining accuracy and focus. •Proficient on Microsoft packages, excel, outlook, word, power point. •Willingness to undertake training to CIPD Level 3 What is on Offer: •30 days holiday (Inc.
