This role is not for a Data Analyst or a Systems Analyst. The Business Analyst's primary objective is to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. In terms of Purely CRM, the Business Analyst is helping businesses implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Requirements Are the Core of the Business Analyst's RoleRequirements management is one of the core skills of Business Analysts, the role begins with defining, analyzing, and documenting use cases and workflows.
