Private Client Fee Earner

Stratford upon Avon c£45,000 per annum - negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500 listed law firm who are looking to attract a Private Client Fee Earner to join their well-established team at their lovely office in Stratford upon Avon.  The role will involve  Managing a caseload of Private Client matters  Preparation of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys Dealing with Administration of Estates Attending to clients by telephone, email and face to face Maintaining files and ensuring efficient case management of Private Client matters, keeping clients updated Drafting legal documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidenceThis is a full-time permanent job, working 35 hours per week, which will be predominantly office based, with one day per week home-working. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal with fee earning experience.  The role is offered with: A competitive salary with annual reviews 23 days’ holiday (increasing to 27), plus 8 days bank holidays  2 days’ additional leave between Christmas and New Year (office closure) Your birthday off, from your second year of employment Holiday buy and sell scheme.
