Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning Department Within this Department, you will report to the Head of Strategic Upskilling Programs. Your job and daily missions: Design high-impact journeys and programs contributing to the upskilling strategy and transformation plans of AXA, on both transversal skills (data, AI, sustainability…) and technical expertise (insurance, health…): Drive needs analysis and assess existing programs Collaborate with the Professional families and the Group Centers of Expertise to develop a comprehensive plan and implementation approach Identify and select most appropriate solutions (RFP, workshops…) Build digital, face to face and blended learning programs to offer an effective learner experience (ROI, employability) with an agile and learner-centric mindset Drive the implementation of Strategic Upskilling Programs: Identify global vendors to provide high quality initiatives for competitive costs Manage stakeholders at global and local level Drive the roll out of the programs with entities and key stakeholders Monitor the impact, the budget, the planning, the risks, the scope and the quality Act as a transformation and change management advisor on the upskilling programs under your responsibility, in liaison with Group HR Operations, HRIS teams, Professional Families and Entities. Act as a business partner to the entities to scale selected local programs and facilitate cross-entity collaboration. Contribute to relevant internal communities on strategic skills and support cross-functional discussions. Collaborate with the Group Learning Operations and Learner Engagement team to implement best practices and participate in global engagement projects related to strategic skills. Co-design and deploy upskilling programs targeting senior leaders with the Leadership & Executive Learning team. Be a team player and an ambassador of Group Learning, leveraging and relaying initiatives of the other departments to the benefit of the whole organization, and actively participate in the global L&D community (sharing best practices, promoting innovation…). Stay ahead of market through participation in external networks, conferences. Technical and professional skills: Min 5 years of experience in designing and deploying high impact learning solutions, and managing deployment across multiple entities in an international context. Experience in consulting or business transformation would be highly appreciated. Knowledge of the insurance business would be an asset. Good knowledge of change management practices. Strong stakeholder management skills, with capability to advise and bring expertise. Strong project management skills. Result and customer orientation. Business French & English proficiency. Soft skills and competencies: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhering to strict timelines. Ability to prepare and lead presentations. Strong communication and organizational skills.
