Our people and their values are the foundation of our continued success.About The RoleAs a Fullstack Engineer at Kaiko, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side components and APIs that power our applications. Even though it won’t be your main focus, you will also be involved in the development of the web application. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.What you’ll be doing:Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient systems.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.Optimize and improve existing backend services for performance and scalability.Implement and maintain security and data protection protocols.Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.About You:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in development.Proficiency in Go (Golang) with hands-on experience.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.Knowledge of Angular front-end technologies.Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Nice to have:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with automated testing frameworks.Location: Paris (hybrid)Type of contract: CDIWhat we offer:25 paid holidays & RTTsThe hardware of your choiceGreat health insurance (Alan)Meal vouchers (Swile)Contribution to your monthly gym subscriptionContribution to daily commutingRemote-friendlyMultiple team events (annual retreat, casual drinks, etc.)An entrepreneurial environment with a lot of autonomy and responsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Process:Call with the People team (20 mins)Interview with the CTO (30 mins- 1h)Tech discussion with the members of the team (1h30)Cross team interviews with 2-3 team members (45mins - 1h)Offer, reference checkDiversity & Inclusion:At Kaiko, we believe in the diversity of thought because we appreciate that this makes us stronger.
