Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the organization, control and follow-up of plant maintenance, which includes the collection of necessary materials and equipment as well as the management of his own personnel or those outside Boortmalt. Responsible for the state of housekeeping workshop, spare parts warehouse, electrical areas and state at the end of repairs, buildings and common areas. Collaborate in the execution and preparation of projects of the application of company policies in your area. You must comply with and enforce the applicable legal regulations.Your main responsibilities are:Manage the maintenance and repair of all production facilities, processes and premises.Develop and lead the maintenance team and the automated maintenance management system to continuously improve the performance of the site in line with the requirements of the company's strategy and to reduce the overall cost of maintenance throughout the cycle.Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance.Support the installation of new equipment and projects.Ensure the documentation of all reparations in the maintenance management system.Carry out an analysis of the causes of any non-compliant results that require corrective and preventive action to avoid any occurrence.Participate in customer audits and technical reviews.Comply with all applicable procedures, laws and regulations.Monitor and optimize the site's energy consumption (shared responsibility with production).Participate in the continuous improvement programme (BOPEX) and in the Group's industrial projects.Apply and enforce safety rules and promote the Boortmalt safety culture.Ensure on-call duty.Be involved in volume and quality.What we are looking for:You have a technical degree in a recognized technical or engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of technical experience working in the repair and maintenance of machinery in a comparable industry as Boortmalt.You have experience in people management.You have awareness of HACCP, food hygiene and safety requirements.You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.You speak and write fluent French and good English.You have good IT skills, working with Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, ERP systems, etc.Company OverviewBOORTMALT is the world leader malting company with 3 million tonnes production capacity.
