We are your neighbors, and we make sustainable investments in the communities we share.To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at Southern Plains Co-op.What you’ll do:Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager you will:Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety, and asset protection.Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team.Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.Coaches team members, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.Who you are:Have High School Diploma.You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.You have intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.You have a minimum of 6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role (preferred).What we offer:A competitive compensation package will be provided including an attractive base salary, excellent benefits including matched pension contributions, and a bonus plan.
