Chief Design Officer Marketing Remote / Paris

We are seeking a compassionate leader to head our design team, driving innovation for exceptional customer experiences. You'll establish design excellence across our branding and product experiences on various platforms, inspiring innovation and shaping the impact of design in our organization.What you'll be doingInspire the design organization to innovate by solving customer problems in collaboration with customer-facing teams, PM, and Engineering.Collaborate with the marketing and investment teams to develop content strategies that align with our company's goals and target audience.Articulate and pursue a long-term vision for the design organization, proactively anticipating possible future opportunities and problems.Co-create Hedonova’s product strategy and unique means of delivering customer value.Serve as a role model for the design organization in representing Hedonova’s values.Foster a culture of excellence across our design teams, ensuring velocity without sacrificing craft.Work closely with product and design leadership and Talent Acquisition to attract the best designers and leaders in the world and grow our diverse team.Coach and mentor our leaders within design and cross-functionally to grow with Hedonova.Qualifications and ExperienceSuccessful track record of leading a design organization to deliver a delightful and cohesive user experience at scale.Deep experience building high-performing design teams, with specific care to ensure that they operate in a way that produces the best outcomes for customers.Ability to develop design leaders who are responsible for guiding large teams of designers, managers, and other leaders.Role model of cross-functional collaboration and customer orientation, action orientation, and leveraging those skills to achieve great results in the presence of ambiguity.Experience nurturing a work environment that allows everyone to bring their whole selves to work and values diversity and inclusion, because that is where we know teams perform at their best.Highly empathetic, collaborative, no-ego approach to leadership.
