Site Manager

Kenton Black are currently recruiting for a site managers in Glasgow. As Site Manager you will be responsible for; · Brief the workers on site every morning · Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management · Developing, nurturing, and managing client and supply chain relationships · Managing operatives · Developing project strategy and ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time. · Reviewing performance against targets and identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities · Ensuring consistent implementation of standard procedures · Managing project handover and ensuring defect/snag free completion To be considered for this role you must; · Have a number of years experience in a similar role · Civils experience desirable but not essential · Competent in Microsoft Excell and word · SMSTS + FIRST AID If interested please contact Kim on (phone number removed)
