10-12 hour shifts working a 44 rota with extras available (subject to WTD regulations and availability)
Mon-Fri shifts = £150 per shift
Yearly Salary: £30000 - £42000
Sat-Sun (and Bank Holidays) = £165
New starters will begin on the current rate, but see an increase to £155 Mon-Fri; £170 (Sat, Sun & Bank Holiday) after probation.
**Job Description**
FORGE LOGISTICS LTD is a veteran-owned and operated company based in Euxton. We have a long-established relationship with the worlds largest online retailer and are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team.
**What Does The Job Involve?**
? Mainly night shifts - subject to change on a weekly basis
? Pure driving - no handling of the load
? 4 on, 4 off rota (with extra days possible subject to your availability)
? Start times vary - your flexibility is required week-to-week
? All work scheduled via a special app
? Thorough vehicle checks
? Adherence to all driving and working time regulations
**What Do We Offer?**
? Mon-Fri, £150 per shift; Sat-Sun (and Bank Holidays), £165 per shift
? Full fleet of Iveco CNG trucks 71 and 72 plate
? Guaranteed pay for cancelled shifts
? Monthly pay (PAY)
? 3 month probation period
? Holiday pay and SSP
? On-going training
**What Do I Need?**
? ESSENTIAL: to have held a CE licence for at least 1 year
? ESSENTIAL: consistent Class 1 work since passing most recently (min. 6 months)
? ESSENTIAL: experience of commercial night driving

? An adapt & overcome mentality
