Job Title: Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our team at OnlyFE. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to integrate fully into learning activities with their mainstream peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with SEND, ensuring their needs are met and they can access the curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
• Use intervention techniques to address emotional and behavioral issues, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to support students with SEND, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C) including English Language and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience of working with young people and/or adults in a group environment, preferably in the FE sector.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and students to ensure seamless support.
• Knowledge of SEND policies and procedures, with a commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
