ELEKS is looking for a Senior Python Developer in Poland. ABOUT CLIENT Our customer is a financial technology company that focuses on simplifying and automating finance operations for financial institutions. The company offers a solution designed to enhance data management, control, and transparency for product control functions within financial services organizations. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of commercial expertise Expertise in data fabric concepts and technologies, including data integration, governance, and architecture Experience with tools and platforms related to data fabric (e.g., Talend, Informatica, IBM Data Fabric) Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with frameworks like Django or Flask Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Experience with designing and implementing complex algorithms and solutions based on technical specifications Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Experience with code refactoring and optimization techniques Experience managing code changes, branches, and merges according to best practices Extensive experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, UnitTest) and debugging tools Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least upper intermediate level) Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Angular RESPONSIBILITIES Create solutions and algorithms based on technical specifications or requirements Use standard algorithms when applicable Write code according to the application architecture Understand software development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Format and comment on the code, and name elements according to company and industry standards Implement code improvements and share results as best practices Modify and test existing code for readability and performance Use version control systems to track and manage code changes Analyze, verify, and debug software at the unit level Develop and perform tests, collect diagnostic data, and create test datasets Identify and fix defects from the defect database Ensure software meets technical requirements and analyze test results What will you get with ELEKS Above-average compensation Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Competence development Ability to influence project technologies Projects from scratch Team of professionals Dynamic environment with a low level of bureaucracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
