Your main tasks will include:Assess and define specific requirements for priority projects to ensure optimal planning, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Organize and plan the team's electrical design in line with established priorities, while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.Break down projects into precise tasks and distribute them within the team to facilitate structured and organized execution.Provide technical assistance to the team, solving complex problems and advising on overcoming technical obstacles.Identify and communicate material, information and training requirements to ensure project success and team professional development.Your professional skills:Priority management and rigorLeadership, analytical and innovative skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe're looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done.
