Description The role of Planning Coordinator in Coventry will involve: Coordinating between transport planning, sites and drivers. Keeping customers informed of progress. Managing customer orders. Monitoring delays and liaising updating customers. Manage queries and issues with customers regarding deliveries. Working Monday-Friday on a days shift.Profile The successful Planning Coordinator will have: An understanding of working in a customer led business. Knowledge of a logistics/transport environment.
