Our desired candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new guests and engage our loyal customer base.Key Areas of Responsibility:Support the Marketing Director in executing the annual Marketing planCreation and implementation of Social Media Calendar for all hotel profiles.Selection and approval of influencers’ collaborations together with the Marketing team.Organization, coordination and execution of all material for photoshoots & video shoots.Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Design and content development of brochures, advertisements, newsletters, flyers, advertising materials and other marketing materials. Knowledge of Adobe Package is required.Responsible for ensuring that all visual elements, including graphics, designs, and marketing materials, adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect our unique brand identity.Execution of email Marketing campaigns.QualificationsMinimum 2 years in similar positionCopywriting skillsGood sense of aestheticPassion for hospitality, going above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests.Creation and implementation of Social Media CalendarExperience dealing with influencers and able to prepare an influencer strategyExperience with Facebook Ads Manager.Absolute comfort with Social Media channels, including paid adsCustomer oriented and able to properly interact with our customers on any public channelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of the English & Arabic language, able to write flawlesslyFamiliar with Adobe PackageProficiency in MS OfficeProactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve themAbility to work independently, but also function as a team player, in order to meet internal deadlinesCapable of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, able to prioritize appropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is a 5-star Luxury Hotel with 262 Luxury Rooms & Suites Including 1 Royal Suite, 6 Opera Suites, 21 Prestige Suites, 32 Club Millesime Rooms, 202 Luxury Rooms, 5 Restaurants & 4 Bars, 1 Grand Ballroom, 2 Meeting Rooms, Beach Club, Kids Club and the first Thalassa Spa in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC).Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
