Plumber

We are working with a dedicated Housing Association committed to providing high-quality housing solutions within our community. We are currently seeking an experienced plumber to join their team, focusing on void properties in social housing. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct plumbing repairs and installations in void properties. * Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and maintenance staff. * Document work completed and report any issues to the management.
