Job Title: Assistant Estimator Location: London Salary: £35k

- £40k per annum depending on experience Reporting to: Commercial Director The Role: BSPS is seeking an Assistant Estimator to join our dynamic Estimating department.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in preparing accurate estimates and tenders for refurbishment, restoration, and fit-out projects in the commercial, education, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, retail, and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough site visits in London and the surrounding areas to gather accurate measurements and project details.
Develop detailed cost estimates and tenders for projects ranging from £50,000 to £1m.
Break down schedules of works and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct comprehensive quotation comparisons for various trades and subcontractors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors through effective negotiation and feedback.
Ensure timely completion of tender clarifications from clients.
