The Direct Works Manager will lead a team of over 100 staff and 240 volunteers, responsible for landscaping, maintenance, recreation, and education. The role involves managing the Global House depot, overseeing fleet management, and promoting the values and culture of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have experience in fleet management and Microsoft 365. A full driving licence is required, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
