You will be leading an existing team of 5 SDRs, ensuring they meet their targets and continue to develop professionally. You will:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5 SDRs to ensure consistent achievement of team goals.Develop and refine outbound sales strategies and techniques.Monitor team performance, through data analysis and calls recordings, then provide regular feedback and support.Drive outbound prospecting efforts with a data-oriented approach.Keep your team's energy up with workshops and cold calling challenges.Lead by example by being on the field yourself, and participating in reaching the team's target.Recruit the best talents of the market and train them to perform.Handle HR management of your team (rewards system, days off, etc.)Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies (ABM, product marketing, AEs, etc.)Utilize tools like CRMs, Sales Navigator, Generative AI, and intelligent call recording tools like Leexi to optimize team efficiency.QualificationsThe Ideal Candidate:You have a significant experience as a top performing SDR yourself and 1-3 years as an SDR team lead.You're ideally bilingual in English, French is a plus.Strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the tech/SaaS industry.Proven experience in leading and coaching a multicultural team.You are well-known for your outbound prospecting mindset.Ability to lead by example, being hands-on and present in the field: you're the first to pick up your phone and cold call with your team.Highly data-oriented in every aspect of the role: you like to drive strategy and performance through data.You are digital savvy, CRM tools, Sales Navigator, Generative AI, and intelligent call recording tools like Leexi are a piece of cake for you.You enjoy working at the office and creating a salesy atmosphere within your team.You also know how to handle performance drops, and people management.The perfect match?You will thrive at Sociabble if …You have a strong taste for new technologies, the world of SaaS and digital transformation, and wish to practice in a constantly evolving environment.You are looking for a job with strong responsibility coupled with freedom of initiative and would like to get involved in an ambitious project.You wish to participate in an adventure and grow with an ambitious and benevolent team with globally recognized companies to ensure their satisfaction on their projects.You like international, transparent environments where everyone can learn and be heard.Additional InformationOur perks:Join an international Scale Up SaaS that’s certified as a Great Place to Work and as a “Best Workplace” for 2023.Explore your new role with personalized and comprehensive onboarding, followed by workshops, Friday trainings, and year-round training sessions!
