Join the team and create the future of customer experience together. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a key member of the cloud infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing scalable cloud platforms to support our corporate infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud infrastructure, enabling the company’s continued growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities : Design, document, diagram, test, implement, and maintain scalable AWS services to support the company's corporate infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure uptime and reliability, leveraging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Honeycomb. Ensure cloud platforms are optimized for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application development teams to define and enforce cloud best practices. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing in cloud environments. Collaborate on cloud migrations, including assessment, planning, and execution. Stay current with industry trends, emerging cloud technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. On-call support rotation required. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5-7 years of hands-on experience with AWS services. Expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EKS). Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, containers, Kubernetes). Experience with automation, configuration, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design principles. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
