Competitive Base + BonusAmazing construction project pipeline About Our ClientOur client is an established construction company based out of Woodbridge with decades of experience successfully building institutional projects such as community centers, fire stations, and libraries throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking an institutional Project Manager with experience managing high-valued projects. Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager's Main Duties and Responsibilities include:Oversees total construction effort (planning, execution, and completion) of large-scale institutional projects in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.Responsible for overall project performance and reporting in areas including, but not limited to safety, cost/budget, schedule, quality, and project status.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Monitors project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment, and quality control.Conducts site tours, including safety inspections.Leads by example to ensure policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.Mentors, coaches, supervises, and assesses performance of direct reports and other team members.Oversees project from pre-construction to closeout.The Successful Applicant10+ years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager completing multiple institutional new build projects.Experience with full cycle institutional projects valued at $25M or higher.Asset: Have completed ground-up Fire Stations or Community Centres.Asset: Gold Seal Certification, PMP, and LEED.Experience managing large contracts involving trades, consultants, and construction management firms.Post-secondary diploma in a construction-related discipline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines.Familiar with project management and estimating software programs.Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code.What's on OfferExcellent CompensationBenefitsVacationStrong ProjectsDON'T MISS OUT, APPLY NOW! #J-18808-Ljbffr
