Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Project Manager to join their dynamic team based in Wakefield, Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a keen interest in the construction field to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and delivering various construction projects from inception to completion. Support senior project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits and surveys, collecting data and preparing reports. Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Participate in contract administration and design processes. Support the development and implementation of planned maintenance programs. Contribute to building cost reinstatement assessments and defects analysis and rectification. Qualifications: A construction-related degree or a strong interest in the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
