Plan and Execute: Create and stick to project plans, working seamlessly with teams and contractors.2. Client Focus: Be the go-to for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.3. Quality Matters: Ensure work meets high standards through regular inspections.4. Lead the Team: Foster a positive work environment, leading your project team.5.
