We are working with a client in locating an OrganizationalDevelopment consultant to develop an Employee Value PropositionStrategy and conduct Global Competency Mapping.

What is Driving This Need:

Transitionfrom a traditional mining operation to a forward-thinking,technologically advanced entity, highlighted by the recent opening ofa fully autonomous mine. To sustain this momentum, they need expertisein future-ready skills and capabilities. They seek a consultant todevelop an Employee Value Proposition Strategy and conduct GlobalCompetency Mapping.

Required Expertise:

Organizational Development:

• Proficiency in Total Rewards and TalentManagement.
• Ability to align strategies with organizationalgoals and employee needs.

CompetencyDevelopment & Mapping:

• Experience in designingand implementing competency frameworks.
• Skills in mappingcompetencies for current and future needs.

Change Management:

• Strongunderstanding of change management principles.
• Ability toensure smooth organizational transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the current organizational structure andcapabilities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gatherinsights and understand strategic direction.
• Developingcompetency frameworks aligned with future goals.
• Creating andimplementing an Employee Value Proposition Strategy for the CanadianCorporate office.
• Facilitating workshops and trainingsessions for strategy communication and buy-in.
• Providingongoing support and adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Employee Value Proposition Strategy:Detailed and actionable strategy for the Canadian Corporate office toenhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Global Competency Mapping Strategy:Strategic plan outlining necessary global skills and competencies tosupport the company's vision and readiness for future challenges.

Duration: ~ 3 months

Hours:Flexible

Location:Toronto, Ontario - mostly virtual with occasional onsite

The pay range is $65 to $75 per hour. Individualpay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited toskill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications andspecific work location.
