Vacancy: In-House Recruiter Location: Surrey / London Contract: 6 Month FTC We have a great opportunity for a Recruiter to become a key member of my clients In-House Recruitment Team, where you will significantly contribute to their recruitment efforts. The role: You will report into the Recruitment Manager and collaborate closely with the Recruitment Business Partners to meet their recruitment needs by identifying and sourcing quality and diverse candidates. Duties and responsibilities: You will find and engage with high-quality, diverse candidates from various channels You will screen and shortlist candidates for open and projected job positions You will expand your network of candidates to prepare a diverse talent pipeline for immediate and future vacancies You will handle job briefings for new positionsWhat are they looking for? Proven experience in recruitment (ideally Construction) Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail The ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines Experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition The ability to write inclusive job adverts to attract top talent Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to internal systemsWhat to do next?
