Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: M25 Area, London Salary: Up to £55,000 + Van + Fuel Card Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company. Operating within the M25, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of commercial gas systems across a diverse portfolio of buildings, ensuring a high standard of compliance and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems. * Carry out fault finding and diagnostics to resolve gas-related issues. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and gas industry standards. * Complete gas safety inspections, certifications, and servicing in line with legislative requirements. * Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants within a commercial setting. * Work on a variety of sites, including offices, schools, retail, and healthcare facilities. Requirements: * Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1). * Previous experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector. * Strong knowledge of gas compliance and safety regulations. * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. * Full UK driving licence.
