PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Brighton, BN2
Salary: £30k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a well-respected local independent Estate and Letting Agency and they are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their busy team.
We are seeking a keen, enthusiastic and responsible individual with a solid background in Property Management and an extensive knowledge of the residential lettings industry to help with the smooth running of their residential property portfolio.
For this position, you will have outstanding organisational skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Must have previous residential property management experience
- Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management Procedures
- Experience in student lets / HMO’s beneficial
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Have some knowledge of the Brighton/Hove area (preferable)
