Job Title: ASB Officer Location: Nottinghamshire Contract Type: 3-month contract with potential for extension Hourly Rate: £25-£27/hr Umbrella Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Hybrid Working: 2-3 Days WFH About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced ASB Officer to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to residents dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB), harassment, hate crime, and serious criminal activities. Based in Nottinghamshire, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving these issues while providing support to those affected. Key Responsibilities: Manage ASB Cases: Effectively handle all instances of ASB, harassment, hate crime, and serious criminal activities, taking appropriate actions against perpetrators and supporting victims. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Engage closely with partnering agencies to ensure a coordinated approach in addressing ASB issues. This will involve arranging and participating in case conferences and multi-agency meetings. Court Representation: Prepare compelling evidence for legal action, including court appearances. This includes drafting witness statements and submitting applications for injunctions and possession claims.Essential Skills and Requirements: DBS Enhanced Disclosure: Must possess an enhanced DBS clearance. Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential. Expertise in Housing Law: Detailed knowledge of current housing legislation and regulations.
