Cnc Operator

Actio Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our Preston based precision engineering client with their search for a CNC operator Our client require a engineer with knowledge of operating CNC mills or CNC lathes. The Business The company manufacture high quality machined components and assemblies for a number of high quality industries including: • Aerospace • Defence • Oil and Gas • Nuclear The Job The purpose of this role is to produce high quality turned and milled parts working on long runs You will: * Operate CNC Mills or Lathes * Loading and unloading machines * Working with minimal supervision * Maintaining safe operation of machinery * Complete documentation and timesheets * They will eventually train on setting cnc machines (if you do not have this experience already) Hours/Pay We have two separate shifts patterns available: * Week 1 06:00am -14:00pm (Mon-Friday) & Week 2 14:00pm - 22:00pm (Mon-Fri) * £24,544 per annum + shift allowance of £2808 per year - £13.15 per hour What Next?
