This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, building relationships with staffing vendors, and optimizing staffing processes to meet the company’s needs and project demands.As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for understanding our business and industry needs, creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the interview process, ensuring a seamless hiring process and promoting the Ippon brand in the process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for company culture and connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities.As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of staffing vendors and internal staffing processes. This role will function as a communication and project manager for initiatives surrounding staffing client engagements efficiently. This person will work closely with the consulting and client success teams and will be responsible for facilitating their involvement with the staffing process.Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentBuild high trust relationships with hiring partners and become an expert on the strategy, objectives, and needs of the teams you work withCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment effortsDevelop job descriptions taking into account hiring needs and market researchSource and identify qualified candidates through social platforms, online databases, referrals, events, and relevant networks to build a consistent pipeline of candidatesMaintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openingsConduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications in accordance to defined rolesCoordinate individual and panel interviews and gather interviewer feedbackProvide an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor throughout the hiring process, and representing Ippon’s culture and brandApply and leverage metrics to inform decisions and optimize processesEngage our employees to refer candidatesServe as an Ippon ambassador on social platforms by sharing company content and expanding network and presenceCoordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiationsBuild and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholdersProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment processStay up to date with industry trends and changes that can affect the recruiting and retention function of the businessFull Life-Cycle Recruiting:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various specializationsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create detailed and compliant job descriptionsDevelop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to maximize job posting outreach and brand awarenessSource candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.Conduct thorough behavior-based interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboardingMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs and proactively engage with passive candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and metricsMaintain active LinkedIn presence and network to maximize use of platform for recruiting activitiesVendor Management:Identify and select staffing vendors that align with the company's recruitment and staffing needsNegotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are metBuild and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and other recruitment partnersMonitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards and project requirementsServe as point of contact and liaison between staffing vendors and the businessOversee and optimize staffing processes to ensure efficiency and effectivenessMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing requests, vendor performance, and staffing metricsApplication Tracking System (ATS) Management:Administer and manage Lever ATS to ensure it effectively supports recruitment activities and processesConfigure and optimize ATS settings to align with recruitment needs and reporting requirementsEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the ATS, including candidate information and recruitment metricsGenerate and analyze reports from the ATS to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvementProvide training and support to internal teams on ATS usage and best practicesCollaboration, Communication and Compliance:Work closely with Client Success and Consulting teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and project needsFacilitate communication between internal teams, candidates, and staffing vendors to ensure smooth coordination and successful hiring outcomesEnsure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policiesStay abreast of federal and state compliance regulations, and work with the HR Leader to adjust strategies and processes in order to maintain complianceAddress and resolve any issues related to recruitment, hiring, or vendor management in a timely mannerCompetencies we are looking for:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience equivalent5+ years of experience in full-life cycle IT recruiting and staffing, preferably within an IT consulting environmentIn-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including complianceStrong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trendsExperience managing relationships with staffing vendors and negotiating contractsProficiency in managing and optimizing an ATS (preferably Lever)Proficiency in managing and optimizing LinkedInStrong interviewing and assessment skillsStrong analytical and extrapolation skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, independent and results-driven mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS)Familiarity with IT consulting and project-based staffing modelsWhat we offer:Great salary and benefits - Health
