Construction Project Manager

The Opportunity:ML6 is thrilled to support one of our favourite General Contractors, in their search for a seasoned Project Manager to add to their team in Waterloo, ON.What You'll Be Doing:Meetings (scheduling, documentation, execution)Clerical ResponsibilitiesSchedulingProgress BillingWSIB / MOL CostingPurchasingContract ResponsibilitiesSubtrade ContractsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI construction sector, with a focus on Ontario projects. Additional expertise with Industrial (ie water/wastewater) projects considered a strong asset (not mandatory)Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, regulations, and construction standards.Proficiency with common Project Management software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Professional certifications are an asset.
