Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage commercial aspects of projects, including estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
3. Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in the groundworks sub-contractor industry.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
