Salary up to £50K based on experience About the Role: Are you a highly skilled construction estimator ready to lead, train, and drive a team to success? Join our dynamic construction estimating team! We're looking for a Senior Estimator who can implement day-to-day strategy, ensure excellent communication with customers, and lead estimators towards greater accuracy and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Assign: Grade and assign incoming work to match team skills, ensuring targets are met. Take Charge: Spearhead senior-level estimating projects (Level 3+). Develop the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop our estimators to achieve high performance. Quality Control: Ensure all estimates meet building regulations and company standards. Customer Focus: Resolve estimating queries and maintain top-tier customer service. Collaborate for Growth: Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to expand our service offerings. Innovate & Improve: Regularly review and improve estimating processes, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.Key Metrics: Performance against AOP targets Lead-time management Estimator accuracy Staff development and progressionAbout You: Essential: Minimum 1 year of senior-level estimating experience Strong estimating background with excellent customer service skills Proven leadership in developing and managing a high-performing team In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and architectural plansWhy Join Us?
