Job Title: CRM & Digital Marketing Manager - FTC

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing brand campaigns, activations, and communications throughout the member and guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic CRM campaigns, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive personalized communications and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
• Provide expert guidance on CRM marketing best practices, advising on template creation, journey building, and workflow design.
• Manage digital member communications, including app notifications and email workflows, to enhance the member experience.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to refine social content strategies and maintain website and app content using CMS platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities, working within budget and collaborating with internal departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar CRM & digital marketing role, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Solid understanding of the luxury lifestyle market, private membership clubs, or high-end hospitality businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• A personable, supportive approach with a passion for fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/Wagtail) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
