Tender Operation Manager (H/F) - Montréal, Canada

You will be responsible for: Clarify and formalize industrial assumptions (PIO, Make or Buy, CAPEX, Transfer of Technology, Site construction & installation, industrial staffing plan) Lead strategic orientation on scope split for all new contracts with product engines, manufacturing sites & industrialization Develop manufacturing scenarios and perform business cases and sensitivity analyses to find optimized cost solutions Develop and deliver the Doc #1 (Bid Project Schedule) with alignment with Engineering, BOM & Operations to harmonize with customer milestones Ensure that local content requirements are met in collaboration with the local content experts and BOM analysts Propose & validate a clear & coherent costing package including key assumptions, cost commitments, risk & committed savings, CAPEX (not included in tender costing) Collaborate with the sites and deliver the manufacturing inputs to bid finance to finalize their offer Support the proposal team with the narrative manufacturing section of the bid proposal Prepare the bluebook narrative and validate with VP Operations and Group manufacturing prior to governance Coordinate costing for site construction in case of green field or brown field Evolutions and perspectives Our ambition is to perpetuate our teams!
