Mechanical Supervisor

The Client and Project Info: My client is a leading tier 1 M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to complete a 18 month contract, to supervise on multiple projects such as schools, hospitals and retail. Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities: * Reporting to and working with the Project Manager. * Supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works. * Supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors. * Assess the quality of work that the client’s Labour and its sub-contractors are delivering. * To assist the quality manager with all QA sign offs. * Dealing with any technical issues that may arise. * Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained. * Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades. * Delivering toolbox talks. * Arranging inductions. * To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date. Mechanical Supervisor Requirements: * SSSTS or SMSTS. * Previous experience industrial and commercial building service. * Mechanical trade or Engineering qualification. * 10 years’ experience working for Mechanical Contractors * Experience in commercial & resi projects.
