Job Summary The Sales development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential opportunities and leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and sets the tone for remainder of the sales cycle. The process involves researching, connecting with, and educating potential prospects, with the intent of handing them off to the outside sales team.
