Job Title: IT / First Line Support
Location: Redditch
Job Type: Temporary / 2-4 weeks
Pay: £12- £13 per hour
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with password resets and account recovery.
  • Manage new starter account setups, ensuring all necessary access and permissions are configured.
  • Offer support and problem solving for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
  • Log and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all support queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a first-line IT support role.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
