Property Manager - Mansfield - Competitive Salary + commissions

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with well-established Mansfield based business, who are actively seeking a Property Manager to support the Lettings Department. You will be part of a fantastic business who are well respected and are continuing to grow due to their success in their industry.

You must be experienced in Lettings and have solid knowledge of the legislation.

• 28 days holidays rising with each year of service

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
• Manage a portfolio of letting properties in the local area
• Manage maintenance of each property
• Liaise with contractors with regards to maintenance of properties
• Conduct property inspections where suitable

Required skills & experience:

• Experience within a similar role
• Solid knowledge of lettings and legislations
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work to own initiative
• Own vehicle and driving licence
