Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Achieving for Childrens Adolescent Safeguarding Team. Job Purpose The Family and Youth Resilience Service sits within AfC Early Help which includes targeted and statutory services alongside commissioned services. The Adolescent Safeguarding Team delivers statutory social work, from assessment, to child in need or child protection plans and where needed court proceedings. The team has a particular focus on vulnerable adolescents aged 13 to 18, where contextual safeguarding is prevalent (child sexual or criminal exploitation, harmful sexual behaviour, serious youth violence). The Team requires skilled social workers that can engage both adolescents at risk of extra-familial harm and their parents / carers, wider partners (Police, Community Safety) and specialist services. The Team will work alongside the other teams in the Service to provide robust responses to families in crisis. You will need to be: SWE registered Eligible to work in the UK Why Choose Remedy?
