Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a new build residential scheme in Tottenham. This exciting opportunity requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage construction activities on-site to ensure timely project delivery. * Experience overseeing groundworks, piling through to facade and internal fit-out works * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain quality and safety standards. * Monitor progress and report to senior management on key project milestones. * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction. * Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety practices. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are essential.
