Working with the Head of Health, Safety & Facilities and the established team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's journey in creating a best in class health and safety service for its existing and expanding property portfolio it is responsible for. Why the Health and Safety Manager position is something you should apply for: * You will be working within a market leading property management organisation * You will have the ability to work within a diverse portfolio and help create and drive the health and safety culture forwards. * You will be part of a high performing team that is dedicated and committed in creating the best health and safety practices for its clients The successful Health and Safety Manager will: * Have a proven track record of delivering health and safety within organisations with a property focus such as: retail, leisure, real estate, construction or social housing to name a few. * Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum * Have a solutions focus approach and be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels * Be able to demonstrate experience in an operational health and safety role * Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and mandatory requirements.
