Temporary Works Engineer London £50k - £55k plus benefits Our client is an award-winning firm who enjoys an enviable reputation in temporary works engineering. Their clients include developers and contractors, and they work on both permanent and temporary works with a specialism in construction method engineering. Schemes are dealt with from pre-construction to delivery and their aim is best value engineering for clients. They are seeking an experienced senior structural engineer who has worked on temporary works projects. You will join a fast-paced environment where the team works closely with contractor clients on schemes in steel, concrete and timber. Their projects also include proprietary systems for demolition and construction works, such as crane bases, basement propping and façade retention schemes. About you: Degree in civil or structural engineering At least 5 years' experience working on temporary works design Chartered or near Chartered Experience or interest in construction engineering In return you will join a supportive team and work closely with the Director, producing designs and taking responsibility for delivery of calculations and drawings. You will attend site and client meetings. Strong communication and report writing skills are required. Due to the nature of their work, this is an office-based role.
