Candidate required: General Foreman Job Type: Freelance Start date: ASAP Industry: Construction Professionals South Location: Burgess Hill   The role & about the client:  On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are searching for an experienced General Foreman with heavy civils and/or water experience for a project in West Sussex.   Key Responsibilities  Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Safety Compliance- enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations. Supervise and motivate site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers, creating a collaborative team environment. Monitor work quality, ensuring all work meets the specified standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate:   The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the capacity of General Foreman or similar roles within the civil engineering and water sector.
