Role Overview: As a Reception Teacher, you will: Create a supportive and encouraging environment. Plan and implement creative learning opportunities that are not limited to the ideas of fixed abilities of the children Carry out observations and update records to support students with their development Interact and communicate with families to build strong relationshipsKey Qualities: Successful candidates will: Have experience teaching in Reception Communicate effectively and calmly, relating well to both children and adults within the school.
